Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

1. Customer can return the product if found damaged or if did not like the product.
2. Customer can return the product within 2 days after receiving the product.
3. In case of wrong or damaged product full amount be refunded to the original source of payment or via UPI
4. In any other case for return flat INR 300 will be charged from the customer.
5. In case of exchange of product due to alteration or size issue Rs 100 will be applicable. To exchange a product you can drop an email to hello@clasyy.com or whatsapp us at +91-96548-54895

Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

1. Customer need to send the unpacking video and images at hello@clasyy.com for wrong or damaged product.
2. Product should be unused, unworn, unwashed.
3. Product should be undamaged and in a sellable condition.
4. Tags and Seals must be in place.
5. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packing materials, courier receipts, invoices, and other relevant documents

6. Please ensure that all returned items are securely and safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
