Return and Exchange
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Customer can return the product if found damaged or if did not like the product.
- Customer can return the product within 2 days after receiving the product.
- In case of wrong or damaged product full amount be refunded to the original source of payment or via UPI
- In any other case for return flat INR 300 will be charged from the customer.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
- Customer need to send the unpacking video and images at hello@clasyy.com for wrong or damaged product.
- Product should be unused, unworn, unwashed.
- Product should be undamaged and in a sellable condition.
- Tags and Seals must be in place.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packing materials, courier receipts, invoices, and other relevant documents
